Return Policy for Just In Studio 6

 

Hello, and thank you for your interest in my artwork. My name is Jeff Byrd, and every piece you see here is a unique, hand-drawn creation. Because my work is original and personal, my return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward for both of us.

 

Please take a moment to read through the following guidelines.

 

For Original Hand-Drawn Artwork

 

All sales of original, one-of-a-kind artwork are final. Due to the unique and handmade nature of these items, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for original pieces.

 

I invest a significant amount of time and care into each original drawing, and I want you to be completely confident in your purchase. To help with this, I provide multiple high-resolution photographs of the actual piece from different angles. I am also more than happy to answer any questions you may have about a specific work before you buy.

 

For Prints (If Applicable)

 

I want you to be thrilled with your print. If your print arrives damaged or there is a clear error in the product (e.g., it’s a different image than you ordered), please contact me immediately.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must:

 

Contact me within *7 days* of receiving your order.

Provide photographs of the damage or error clearly showing the issue.

 

Upon approval, I will gladly send a replacement print at no additional cost to you. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for prints based on a simple change of mind, due to the custom nature of even reproduced art.

 

Damaged in Shipping

 

This is every artist's nightmare! I pack each piece with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

 

Contact me within 48 hours** of delivery. This is crucial.

Take clear photographs of the damaged artwork and all packaging materials (the box, bubble wrap, etc.). Please keep all original packaging.

 

I will need this documentation to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim is validated, I will work with you to either issue a full refund or, if possible, create a solution, such as repairing the artwork (if feasible) or creating a new piece (for prints).

 

Incorrect Item Received

 

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact me right away. I will apologize for the mix-up and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you immediately. You will also receive a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item.

 

Policy on Commissions & Custom Orders

Commissioned artwork is a collaborative and personal process. All sales for custom commissions are final. Before I begin, we will agree upon the concept, size, and other details. I will provide progress photos for your feedback to ensure you are happy with the direction of the piece. Because the work is created specifically for you, commissions cannot be returned or refunded once the final payment is made and the artwork is shipped.

Please include your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant photographs.
